*orcafriend and I will be going to Richmond Park on Sunday, providing that it doesn't rain.

I'll be taking my new lens.

And my new camera bag (z0mg, it's huge).

And my 350D will have a "big brother" for company...I have second body.

I did, right after I typed this message. =p Stupid me.

And you know, somehow I had the feeling that it'd be this camera. Since it was a "big brother", I was thinking of these series, but the 20D is probably too outdated and the 40D TOO expensive. And hey look, I was right! :D

I'm so happy for you. It's an amazing camera for sure!

Not stupid! :heart: It was there for a few days and nobody noticed. :P

I did look at the 40D (it was only £200 more), but I absolutely hate the idea of the live LCD, even if it is only optional. Plus, the 30D has been tried and tested. The 40D is new, and I'm sure there's plenty of bugs to be worked out.

The 20D, yeah, too similar to the 350D. It would have hardly been worth it. Plus, the site I purchased the 30D from (over £50 cheaper than Amazon UK) no longer stocked them.

It's all on credit, so I'll have to pay it off asap, but it's worth it! :D
